The Mission. When you don't have time to go to town, you can count on the ladies to gather 'round the Branding Pot. We're here to cultivate conversations, share lessons learned and build networks you can count on, all from the comfort of your corrals. At The Branding Pot, we believe rural women in agriculture deserve more than just recognition—they deserve connection, support, and a space to grow. Long gone are the days of the farming patriarchy where only the men made decisions.
Our mission is to cultivate a community where women can gather, share, and thrive. Whether you're branding calves, balancing books, or raising the next generation of food producers we’re here to remind you: you’re not alone. We exist to:
This is more than a network. It’s a sisterhood built on boots, barn floors, and bold conversations. |
Who we're for.
The Branding Pot is for rural women who wear many hats—and sometimes all at once. It’s for the AND girlies: the mom AND rancher AND business owner AND parts-runner AND bookkeeper AND community leader. If that sounds like you, you’ve found your ground crew.
We’re here for:
We’re here for:
- Women in agriculture who crave connection and support from others who get it.
- Rural entrepreneurs looking to collaborate, network, and grow.
- Moms, wives, professionals, and dreamers who want a space to ask questions without judgment.
- Women who want something just for themselves—for a moment to feel seen, heard, and whole.
The Branding Pot RULES.
1. No judgement.
We’ve got enough going on from calving to tax season. Keep it kind, keep it respectful.
2. No gatekeeping.
We’re here to lift each other up, not compete for the shiniest saddle. Share your wisdom, not your ego.
3. Don't be a salty mare (or you'll get canned).
We’re all juggling a dozen things. Be kind, be patient, and remember: everyone’s riding their own wild pony.
4. Collaboration over competition.
Your success doesn’t threaten mine — it inspires it. Plus, branding calves is always easier with a crew.
5. We celebrate the wins.
Whether you finally fixed the fence or landed a new client, we want to hear about it. Bragging rights encouraged.
6. What happens at the Pot, stays at the Pot.
Because trust is the strongest fence we can build. And around here, we keep it sturdy.
