We’re all juggling a dozen things. Be kind, be patient, and remember: everyone’s riding their own wild pony.
4. Collaboration over competition.
Your success doesn’t threaten mine — it inspires it. Plus, branding calves is always easier with a crew.
5. We celebrate the wins.
Whether you finally fixed the fence or landed a new client, we want to hear about it. Bragging rights encouraged.
