Normalize prioritizing farm safety with reflective vests and activities. Incorporate tailgate meetings including the adults, kids and any farm staff before completing tasks- its a great excuse to demonstrate leadership & respect to your kids, too! 3. We have had cameras installed since 2016 to help us more efficiently watch our cow herd during calving. They're not necessary for everyone, but we find them especially valuable for remote monitoring-- I can watch from work, the kids sports events or even just skip the extra steps from the house. We use a local security company currently, but have used Allen Leigh cameras in the past, too. I've also heard great things about some DIY amazon buys.
